| Charles B. Crowell |
| Director and Chief Executive Officer |
| Prior to his appointment as the Company's CEO in January 2010, Mr. Crowell (age 65) served as a member of the Board, the Vice Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit, Compensation and Executive Committees of the Board since July 2002 and a member of the Nominating Committee of the Board since April 2006. As of the Effective Date of his appointment as CEO, Mr. Crowell began serving as acting CEO of the Company, the Vice Chairman of the Board, a member of the Board and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board. Mr. Crowell has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Derek Oil & Gas Corporation since March 2007. Mr. Crowell served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of PetroHunter Energy Corporation through May 2009. Since 1993, Mr. Crowell has been a practicing attorney and a consultant to oil and gas companies, and was a senior member of Crowell & Bishop, PLLC, Attorneys, from November 1995 through June 1998. From September 1996 until June 2000, Mr. Crowell held the position of Manager at Enigma Engineering Company, LLC. Mr. Crowell also worked at Triton Energy Corporation where he held the positions of Executive Vice President, Administration from November 1991 to May 1993, Senior Vice President and General Counsel from August 1989 to October 1991 and Vice President and General Counsel from November 1981 to July 1989. From June 1999 to February 2001, Mr. Crowell served as a member of the Board of Directors of Comanche Energy, Inc. He has also held public directorships at Arakis Energy Corporation from June 1997 to October 1998, at Aero Services International, Inc. from December 1989 to May 1993 (where he was Chairman of the Board from August 1990 to December 1992) and at Triton Europe, plc. from October 1989 to May 1993. Mr. Crowell holds a BA degree from John Hopkins University and a JD from the University of Arkansas. He was admitted to the practice of law in Texas in 1974. |

| Prior to his appointment as the Company’s President, Mr. Grant (age 46) served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company from July 2001 and as a member of the Board from July 2001 until March 2003. From November 1999 to May 2001, Mr. Grant served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for KEH.com, a catalog/internet retailer of new and used camera equipment. From February 1997 to March 1999, Mr. Grant was a Senior Vice President in the Natural Resources Group of ING Baring, LLC where he was responsible for providing financing and advisory services to mid-cap and smaller energy companies. For the previous eleven years, Mr. Grant held several positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and its affiliates, most recently as a Vice President in the Oil & Gas group. Mr. Grant holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |

| Mr. Decker has 29 years of oil and gas prospecting, development, operations and M&A experience. He was the Vice President of Exploitation at Prima Energy Corporation, (NASDAQ: PENG), Prima was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as the "top performing Colorado based company of the 1990s," with a market return of 1857%. Mr. Decker also worked for Bonneville Fuels Corporation and Tenneco Exploration and Production Company. He holds a BS degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is the Chairman of the Potential Gas Committee. |

| Charles H. Wilson |

| Mr. Wilson has 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and was appointed Vice President of Operations in June 2010. Prior to joining Gasco in 2006 as Drilling Manager, he was the US Onshore Drilling Manager for Denver-based Forest Oil Company, a NYSE-listed exploration and production company. His 29 years of experience in the industry has ranged from drilling, completion and production operations to surface equipment installations. Since 1990, Mr. Wilson has been focused primarily on drilling operations covering Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and five years in the international arena. His experience complements the Management and Technical teams in place at Gasco. He holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and in addition has held several positions within the Society of SPE and AADE. |

| Ms. Herald joined Gasco in 2002 as Controller, was later named Vice President and Controller and was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in June 2006 and was appointed Vice President, Accounting and Administration in May 2007. In June 2010, Ms. Herald was appointed to serve as Treasurer. She has over 20 years of financial, accounting and reporting experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Gasco, she served as the Financial Reporting Manager for Hallwood Energy Corporation, where she managed the financial reporting process for several publicly traded oil and gas corporations and limited partnerships. She also worked in public accounting for five years at Deloitte & Touche LLP and KPMG LLP. Ms. Herald holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University. |

| Mr. Dean has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined Gasco in 1999 as a Consulting Geologist. Mr. Dean originated the company’s Riverbend Project in the Uinta Basin, and continues to generate prospects and oversee geological operations in the Mancos, Blackhawk, Mesaverde, Wasatch and Green River Formations in that area. Between 1991 and 1999, Mr. Dean worked as a Consulting Geologist. Clients included Rosewood Resources, Inland Resources, AA Production and Apache Corporation. Prior to 1991, Mr. Dean worked in various technical and supervisory and technical positions for companies including Enron Corp, Belco Petroleum, Diamond Shamrock Corporation and Texaco. Mr. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Geology from Cambridge University in England. He is a Registered Professional Geologist in the states of Utah and Wyoming, a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists, and former Treasurer of the Denver International Petroleum Society. |

| Prior to joining Gasco, Mr. Smith was Director of Land for Hunter Energy, LLC. He has 30 years of experience in the land side of the oil and gas industry as a title attorney, corporate landman, and lease brokerage owner whose clients included Encana, Bill Barrett Corp., Williams, Lance Oil and Gas Company, Kerr McGee and Dominion E & P. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Metropolitan State College, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver. |

| Camille A. Gerard |

| Camille A. Gerard brings to Gasco Energy over 20 years of energy industry and consulting experience in internal auditing, e-marketing, and commodity management; including transportation and marketing of natural gas and pulp and paper. In June 2010, Ms. Gerard was appointed Corporate Secretary for Gasco. Prior to joining Gasco as Controller in May 2008, Ms. Gerard was the founder of Risk Management Consulting, LLC a Denver-based company that performed Sarbanes-Oxley reviews for such companies as Gasco Energy, EKS&H, and St. Mary Land and Exploration. Ms. Gerard has also worked in natural gas marketing with Xcel Energy, pulp and paper trading with Enron Industrial Markets, launching and managing marketing support for a start-up trading website for Enron Net Works, and Marketing Support for Northern Natural Gas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA with a specialization in Internal Auditing from Louisiana State University. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Public Accountant. |
