Oil & Gas Investment Banker, W. King Grant Joins
Gasco Energy as CFO
June
26, 2001 - Gasco Energy, Inc. (OTC BB: GASE),
) - is pleased to announce the appointment of W. King
Grant as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Grant was a senior vice president in ING Baring LLC's
natural resources group where he was responsible for
providing financing and advisory services to mid and
small cap oil & gas companies. Prior to joining
ING Barings, Mr. Grant spent eleven years at Chase
Manhattan where he held several positions, most recently
as a vice president in the oil & gas group. For
the last eighteen months Mr. Grant was executive vice
president and Chief Financial Officer of KEH.com,
a privately held, catalog and Internet retailer of
photographic equipment. Mr. Grant holds a BSE in chemical
engineering from Princeton and an MBA from Wharton.
